The Benefits of High Frequency Facials

How does High Frequency work? Well, High frequency facial machines work in conjunction with high frequency electrodes which are made of clear tempered glass. These electrodes come in a variety different shapes and sizes depending on the area being treated.
When the high frequency electrode is inserted into the high frequency hand piece, a gentle alternating electrical current is generated by the high frequency machine. Once the electrode is put in contact with the skin, the alternating electrical current will then pass through the attached glass electrode. The electrical current infuses the skin with oxygen molecules and produces a slight zapping or tingling sensation that may be felt by the client. Gentle and painless!
